The Arcadia American Little League Minors Orioles were honored at City Hall Tuesday night by Mayor Mickey Segal and the City Council in recognition of their 2013 season, which included the league’s first District 17 Tournament of Champions title in nine years and a 21-3 final record, including 20 victories in their last 21 games.
