

Friday afternoon, the Arcadia Police Department received a call of two suspicious men knocking on the front door of a residence in the 2000 Block of South Santa Anita Avenue. The two men entered the rear yard and a short time later only one of men exited the rear yard. The man who exited the rear yard got into a car, parked in front of the residence.
Arriving officers stopped the car and detained the two occupants. The other man was located walking in the 00 Block of Las Flores, directly behind the residence on South Santa Anita. He was detained without incident.
The initial investigation revealed evidence linking the men to a crime at the South Santa Anita residence. All three men were arrested and charged with attempted residential burglary.
The three men arrested were identified as: Maurice Lovell McKnight, a 30-year-old resident of Los Angeles, booking number 4273566. Bryan Marcell Riley, a 35-year-old resident of Los Angeles, booking number 4273568. Ramar Kyle Jenkins, a 31-year-old resident of Pasadena, booking number 4273582. The men are being held on $50,000 bail in the Arcadia City Jail.
