In response to Governor Brown’s Executive Order, the City of Arcadia has adopted more stringent water use regulations. On April 7, the City Council introduced an ordinance that will implement additional water restrictions (over and above the restrictions already in place); this ordinance was approved by the City Council on April 21.
Beginning April 22, 2015, Arcadia water customers will not be allowed to water between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. and will be permitted to water on the following days ONLY:
-Tuesday
-Thursday
-Saturday
Please review your automatic sprinkler system to make sure that the schedule adheres to these new regulations. For more information, visit the City’s Water Conservation web page.
If you have questions about water conservation, please contact the Public Works Services Department at (626) 256-6554.
