There will be some changes coming soon to Friday’s Family Festival….New management, LA Partyworks will take over the operations which will hopefully be seamless.

Family Festival Productions, Inc. (FFPI), has informed the merchants of Old Town Monrovia that Friday Night Family Street Fair has been selected to operate a ‘festival’ on Friday evenings in Arcadia, and distributed a flyer this past week notifying vendors.
– The transition of the management of the Friday Night Family Street Fair to LA Partyworks, Inc., has been moving forward smoothly, according to the city manager of Monrovia, Oliver Chi.
– LA Partyworks, Inc., is in the process of finalizing their overall vendor list for the Friday Night Family Street Fair, and Mnnrovia city staff has been monitoring their progress closely during these past few weeks
– The first meeting that LA Partyworks, Inc., will have with the Oversight Committee is tentatively scheduled to take place at some point within the next two weeks according to the city manager.
City council of Arcadia is slated to vote on the new festival June 2.
