

On Monday, July 27, 2015, Los Angeles County Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich will speak at Community Health Alliance of Pasadena (ChapCare’s) ribbon cutting ceremony. ChapCare’s new state-of-the-art facility, brings a range of much needed, primary healthcare services to the underrepresented, underserved, and underinsured families in the cities of Monrovia, Duarte, and Arcadia.
On August 3, 2015, ChapCare Lime will officially open. Families will be able to access a vast array of primary healthcare services at the new health center including; medical (family medicine, women’s health (OB/GYN), and pediatrics), mental health counseling, optometry, and health insurance screening and enrollment.
“This one-stop-shop offers the community the opportunity to access a comprehensive array of high-quality primary healthcare services all under one roof,” said Margaret B. Martinez MPH, ChapCare’s Chief Executive Officer. “We are proud to be able to expand our nationally recognized primary health care model to the City of Monrovia and its surrounding communities.”
ChapCare’s new Monrovia facility is conveniently located at 513 E. Lime Avenue, Suite 101, Monrovia, CA 91016, just 4 blocks from downtown Monrovia. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. ChapCare provides low- or no-cost health services (Medi-Cal and Medicare) and accepts many Covered California and private insurance plans.
