Caltrans Launches Innovation Contest to the Public, Up to $25,000 Available

In this Caltrans News Flash, we take an up-close look at the launch of the “$25K Find A New Way” Innovation Contest, where Californians can win up to $25,000 for ideas to improve transportation and other state services.

At the kickoff news conference, Caltrans Director Malcolm Dougherty was joined by his peers from the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control and the Department of General Services to launch the contest, which runs through Oct. 13. To learn more about the contest, go to www.FindANewWay.ca.gov or follow the campaign through the #25KFindANewWay hashtag on Twitter.
