At-Risk Missing Person: Julielena Bocanegra

On Friday, Oct. 2, Arcadia Police received a call of a missing person. Julielena Bocanegra was last seen at the Arcadia Methodist Hospital on Oct. 2.  Julielena was waiting to be treated for jaw pain but left the hospital prior to being seen by a physician. Julielena has been diagnosed with bi-polar disorder and schizophrenia, but does not take medication. Julielena is 23 years old, 5’1”, 100 pounds, and has brown hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black skirt, and carrying a black backpack.
