Elvia and Gabby – the life and ghoul of Oak Knoll along with fearless leader Spooky Dave Peterson have decked out the popular east Pasadena dry cleaners in the true spirit of Halloween. Ghouls , Goblins dominate the garment establishment and if you’re very lucky, you may just see some of the best Halloween costumes ever modeled.
