PACIFIC OCEAN (Feb. 11, 2016) - Aviation Machinist’s Mate Airman Steven Chester, from Monrovia, Calif., receives the Sailor of the Day award from Capt. Mike Wettlaufer, USS John C. Stennis' (CVN 74) commanding officer.
