Community Members are Invited to Join Commemorating of Milestone Achievement
The Junior League of Pasadena Inc. (JLP) will hold a free, family friendly event for the community to help celebrate the JLP’s 90 years in Pasadena. The event will be held at Kidspace Children’s Museum from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14.
Food, beverages, and entertainment will be provided for all in attendance. Carol Scott, 20162018 president of the Association of Junior Leagues International, and member of the JLP, will be the keynote speaker.
The JLP has contributed much to the Pasadena community during the last 90 years, including the Kidspace Children’s Museum, the Pasadena Senior Center, docent programs at The Huntington’s Art Galleries, the Junior Museum at the Norton Simon Museum, and much more.
“After training thousands of volunteers in Pasadena, creating sustainable service projects, and joining forces with a countless number of community partners, the Junior League of Pasadena is celebrating our history and looking forward to our future ahead,” says Robyn Roesner, 20152016 president of the Junior League of Pasadena.
The Junior League of Pasadena would like to thank some of the many donors to this event, including Jennifer Balagot of Sugared Up, Modern Art Catering, The French Confection Co., the Print Spot, and Nothing Bundt Cakes.
The JLP invites the community to join them in the celebration while they reflect on their history and look forward to their bright future ahead for many decades to come in the Pasadena community.
