

Green Street Village Merchants are having “A European Afternoon at Green Street Village” on June 10 from noon – 5 p.m. Enjoy French film, fashion, art, gelato, wine, and books in beautiful Pasadena. Green Street Village has recently been designated the first historic business district in Pasadena.
Participating Merchants are Walker/Viden Luxury Consignment, High Low Vintage, Century Books, Madeline Garden and Gallery 30 South.
French and Italian wine for the event is being provided by Mr. Pasadena aka Michael Calderon Jr. and Greg Aghoyan of Allstate Insurance Agency.
Gallery 30 South will feature their new Ensoma exhibit. Ensoma, the new installation by Justine Esquivel-Petrov, is a texture-conscious safe space built to raise awareness for women’s healthcare. Proceeds from the sale of her pieces will benefit the Grateful Garment Project.
Vidéothèque will be screening the classic 1960 French New Wave film “Breathless” by Jean-Luc Godard and 1961’s “Lola” by Jacques Demy at Gallery 30 South.
Walker/Viden Luxury Consignment is having a Vintage Moschino launch party with over 200 pieces from the 1980s, 1990s and more recent works; with portraits done by Fashion Illustrator Aasha Ramdeen with a $300 purchase. Walker/Viden is also having a drawing to give away two vintage Moschino bracelets during the afternoon.
Century Books and TransAtlantic Panorama (TAP) present a photography exhibit opening with internationally recognized artist Avi Roth, “In the Shadow of a Giant, Paris mon amour.” Century Books will have special travel books and literary gift packages on European cities from Paris to Rome.
High Low Vintage will be serving special treats and wine.
Madeline Garden will have a French and Italian wine selection.
Paradis Ice Cream from Old Town Pasadena will be providing ice cream and gelato samples at Madeline Garden’s patio on Green Street.
