There will be trick-or-treating at City Hall, a costume contest, games and crafts. There will be a photo booth and face painting too.

The Recreation and Community Services Department also offers the Fall Kid’s Camp at Highland Oaks Elementary School, 10 Virginia Road, which will start Monday, Nov. 19 to Wednesday, Nov. 21 from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. Each day will be filled with fun group activities including crafts, board games, movies, and snacks. The camp is for children five to 12 years old. Parents are able to sign their children up for one day or all three. Fall camp is $27 per child per day.
