Santa’s elves will be delivering Arcadian children’s wish lists to the North Pole. Santa will respond to every child who writes to him. Send a self-addressed and pre-stamped envelope, postmarked by Dec. 21 to Santa Claus c/o Arcadia Recreation & Community Services Department P.O. Box 60021 Arcadia, CA 91066-6021.
