The City of Monrovia plans on closing the park and ride lot located next to Station Square Park at the southwest corner of Myrtle and Pomona avenues from Nov. 30, 2018 – Jan. 15, 2019. During that time, state mandated environmental groundwater testing will be conducted on the park-and-ride lot site. Public parking in the Hamby Park spaces next door will still not be allowed.
The anticipated timeline is for the work to begin on Friday, Nov. 30 and last through mid-January. Should you have any questions, contact Public Works at (626) 932-5575.
