The Community Activist Policing (CAP) Bureau of Monrovia Police Department is now offering a cash reward of $100 if anyone reports a threat of violence against Monrovia schools and if the call leads to the identification of a suspect to a credible threat. To report such a threat whether on social media or on an online post of in any other manner, an individual needs only to call 911 and make a report.
