About a year ago I searched everywhere for a simple autumn punchto make for a Halloween office party (yeah, I snuck in the booze). This by farwas the best recipe I found to be adaptable, quick, and perfect for theholidays or any house party—remember those?
HARVEST PUNCH
6 cups of ice
1 gallon of apple cider
1 bottle of sparkling wine (champagne or prosecco)
2 (12-ounce) bottles of ginger beer (with or without alcohol)
1 cup of vodka
2 or 3 sliced apples
- Get a large punch bowl or beverage dispenser and add all the above ingredients.
- Stir and adjust the taste. You may want more cider, wine and of course vodka!
- Garnish the glasses with oranges, cinnamon sticks or more sliced apples.
