Monrovia Veterans Day Ceremony – Nov. 11

To celebrate Veterans Day, a ceremony will beheld on Monday, Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to noon to honor those who have served andthose who are currently serving our nation.

Attendees will include members of the AmericanLegion Post 44. 

In partnership with the American Legion Post 44,a new plaque has been installed at Monrovia Library Park to recognize all themen and women who served in the Vietnam War. Dedicated to recognizing theselfless service and valiant acts of our country’s veterans, the annual eventis held to celebrate veterans of the community and their contribution to thepreservation of our nation.

Monrovia Library Park is located at 321 S.Myrtle Ave. Parking is available at the Monrovia Community Center, at 119 W.Palm Ave., along with street parking on Palm and Lime avenues.
