Woman killed in vehicle crash identified in Llano Area

Authorities Wednesday identified a woman who was killed in a traffic crash over the weekend in the Llano area, southeast of Palmdale.
The crash occurred on Angeles Crest Highway at Flume Canyon Drive at about 2:05 p.m. Sunday, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Vanity Antoinette Bounds, 38, died at the scene, according to the Los Angeles County coroner’s office and the CHP. Her city of residence was not known.
The circumstances of the crash were under investigation.
